Pete Stamm is the founder of RMB Solutions. Pete has been involved in After-Market services for the past 30 years and believes that manufacturing service organizations today are areas of great opportunities for long term revenue and profit growth. RMB Solutions fosters an environment of innovation and collaboration with the goal of making every customer an enthusiastic reference.
Prior to starting RMB Solutions, Pete held positions ranging from CEO at a EAM software company, VP at MAPICS, and general management positions in aviation companies. Pete holds a BS from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a MBA from Wake Forest University.
Director of Business Development
Jon Thistlewood is the Director of Business Development at RMB Solutions. Prior to joining RMB Solutions, Jon held sales and management positions at several solutions companies, including Itron, Infor, Deloitte and ABB/Ventyx. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Western Illinois University and lives in Roswell, Georgia with his wife Karyn and son Sam. Jon is a results-driven enterprise software professional with a record of significant achievement in Sales, Channel Management, Business Development and International Business.
Vice President Services, MBA, PMP
Joseph began working with RMB Solutions in 2010, where he holds the title of Vice President of Services. He is responsible for all aspects of the customer experience service solutions including process consulting and implementation design, planning and execution.
Previous to RMB Solutions, he held the position of Global Vice President of Customer Success for X-Rite, Inc. focusing on pre and post sales service and support using RMB Solutions Service Management Solution in EMEA, Asia and Americas.
Joseph also held executive level positions over 10 years with Herman Miller improving Customer Experience through office process efficiencies utilizing “Customer First” lean practices and problem solving skills inspired by Toyota Production System (TPS).
Joseph holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and an Executive MBA. In addition, Joseph holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, has been trained in lean office practices and is experienced with problem solving and change management methodologies.
Director of Cloud Infrastructure and Technology
Daniel believes that short iterative software development processes with a focus on collaboration between software developers and users is the best way to rapidly develop software that satisfies customer requirements. Prior to joining RMB Solutions, Daniel worked for MBAJ Architecture. Daniel holds a MS in software engineering from East Carolina University.
Vice President Development, MSSE
Gregory began working with RMB Solutions in 2005; he holds the title of Vice President of Development. He is responsible for aspects of the software development process including research, maintenance, troubleshooting, requirements analysis, design, and implementation.
Gregory holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Piano Performance from Lenoir-Rhyne University, and a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from East Carolina University.
We recently received our 10,000th warranty claim via our web link and RMB's Service Management. The old way was to receive a claim from various sources, i.e. e-mail, facsimile, voice mail, postal mail, etc. Today the dealer enters his claim via the Landoll web page 24/7 and the speed and accuracy is awesome. The labor component has completely shifted from the Landoll clerk to the dealer. Working with the RMB team to achieve this significant milestone has been a sheer pleasure.
