Pete Stamm is the founder of RMB Solutions. Pete has been involved in After-Market services for the past 30 years and believes that manufacturing service organizations today are areas of great opportunities for long term revenue and profit growth. RMB Solutions fosters an environment of innovation and collaboration with the goal of making every customer an enthusiastic reference.
Prior to starting RMB Solutions, Pete held positions ranging from CEO at a EAM software company, VP at MAPICS, and general management positions in aviation companies. Pete holds a BS from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a MBA from Wake Forest University.
Joseph began working with RMB Solutions in 2010, where he holds the title of Vice President of Services. He is responsible for all aspects of the customer experience service solutions including process consulting and implementation design, planning and execution.
Previous to RMB Solutions, he held the position of Global Vice President of Customer Success for X-Rite, Inc. focusing on pre and post sales service and support using RMB Solutions Service Management Solution in EMEA, Asia and Americas.
Joseph also held executive level positions over 10 years with Herman Miller improving Customer Experience through office process efficiencies utilizing “Customer First” lean practices and problem solving skills inspired by Toyota Production System (TPS).
Joseph holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and an Executive MBA. In addition, Joseph holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, has been trained in lean office practices and is experienced with problem solving and change management methodologies.
Daniel believes that short iterative software development processes with a focus on collaboration between software developers and users is the best way to rapidly develop software that satisfies customer requirements. Prior to joining RMB Solutions, Daniel worked for MBAJ Architecture. Daniel holds a MS in software engineering from East Carolina University.
Joe worked 30 years at IBM in a number of various positions. In Atlanta, he concentrated on the product management of MAPICS and its many releases over the years. In his last IBM position, Joe was a Manufacturing Industry Consultant responsible for MAPICS product strategy and direction. After retirement from IBM, Joe held other positions with several software companies. His last position was with QAD as a Senior Director of Development, responsible for the manufacturing operations and planning applications. Joe managed a staff of 50, half of which were located in Shanghai, China.
After his retirement from QAD, Joe joined RMB Solutions as an executive manager of the business. Joe is a mathematics major from Wabash College, an international speaker at many business conferences, and published in several industry magazines.
Joshua began working with RMB Solutions in 2019. He has a strong background in information technology and network security. Joshua previously worked as IT Manager for a local non-profit organization and has worked for the City of Lenoir Police Department, securing their network infrastructure.
Joshua currently holds an AS in Software & Web Development from Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute and is working toward his BS in Software Development at Western Governors University.
Mike has been helping companies find business solutions in the manufacturing and distributions sectors for over 30 years. He has held various sales and sales management positions at Triad Systems, Sybase, Sterling Commerce, IBM, and MAPICS. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. in Marketing degree.
Jorge has over 15 years of experience in executive-level IT positions, working for companies based in Mexico, Asia & US, aligning information technologies to financial and commercial objectives, promoting dramatic growth based on digital transformation.
Extensive experience in the LATAM region in services, energy, manufacturing and retail business, innovating with technology and processes, supporting RMB Operations in the region, to offer world class Technological solutions for our customers.
Jorge holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology science and a master degree in cyber security, In addition, Jorge holds certifications in lean manufacturing, project management, leadership and finance education.
